Shipping Policy

Every GiftsByLuv piece is made just for you, so a little extra care goes into getting it right before it heads your way.

United States
Your order typically arrives within 2–5 business days of purchase.

United Kingdom, Canada & Australia
Since each gift is personalized and made to order, international delivery typically takes 10–30 business days. We know that's a bit of a wait for something this meaningful, we'd rather get it exactly right than rush it.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is available worldwide. Orders over $50 ship free.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.
