Refund Policy

At GiftsByLuv, every item is custom made especially for you. Because all of our products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or ordering errors made by the customer. Please double-check all names, dates, messages and photos before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed or the wrong item entirely.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@giftsbyluv.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue and a short description. We will offer a free replacement or full refund for items that are damaged, defective or incorrectly made on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom products with correct personalization as submitted
  • Items damaged due to incorrect use by the customer
  • Items where the error was in the customer's own personalization details
  • Sale items and gift cards

Cancellations & Changes

Changes and cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of ordering. Contact us immediately at info@giftsbyluv.com with your order number.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days — except for custom or personalized items, which are exempt under EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@giftsbyluv.com.
