Frequently Asked Questions
ORDERING & PERSONALIZATION
How do I personalize my order? Simply go to the product page, fill in the personalization details (name, date, message or photo), preview your design and add it to your cart. Easy!
Can I change my order after placing it? Changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production has already started and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at [your email here].
Can I upload my own photo? Yes! For products that support photo uploads, you'll see an upload button on the product page. Make sure your photo is clear and high resolution for the best result.
What if I made a typo in my personalization? Contact us as soon as possible. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can fix it before production starts.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take? Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. During busy periods like Christmas and Mother's Day it can take a little longer — we recommend ordering early!
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 3–4 days after ordering for tracking to activate.
My order hasn't arrived yet — what do I do? First check your tracking link. If your order is significantly delayed or the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, contact us and we'll sort it out right away.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order? Because every item is custom made just for you, we are unable to accept returns for personalization errors made by the customer. However if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect we will always make it right — free of charge.
What if my item arrived damaged? We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send you a replacement immediately.
Do you offer refunds? We offer replacements or refunds for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Because products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
PRODUCTS & QUALITY
What kind of products do you sell? We sell personalized gifts for every occasion — mugs, tumblers, keychains, ornaments, posters, blankets, t-shirts, phone cases, necklaces and night lights. New products are added regularly!
What is the quality like? We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to ensure every product meets our high quality standards. Each item is made with care and inspected before shipping.
Will the colors look exactly like the preview? We do our best to show accurate colors in the preview. However slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and the printing process. If you have any concerns please contact us before ordering.
