Housewarming Gifts

Questions

Housewarming questions, answered.

What is a good housewarming gift?

A thoughtful housewarming gift feels personal and useful — something they'll actually use in the new space. Personalized mugs, family-name kitchen towels, engraved cutting boards and family-name prints are timeless choices that fit any style of home.

How much should you spend on a housewarming gift?

For close friends and family, $30–$60 is a warm range. For colleagues or acquaintances, $15–$30 is thoughtful without being over the top. Personalization always adds more perceived value than price.

Do you bring a gift to a housewarming party?

Traditionally yes — a small, considered gift is the standard way to say "congratulations on your new home." Something personalized shows you thought about them specifically rather than grabbing something last-minute.

When is it appropriate to give a personalized gift?

Any moment that marks a beginning — a new home, a new address, a first apartment together, downsizing to something new. Personalization turns a gift into a keepsake.

How long does personalization take to ship?

Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and US delivery takes 3–7 business days after that. We ship within the United States only.

Can I add a gift message?

Your gift ships directly from our US print partner, so we can't add a separate card to the package. The best way to say it is on the gift itself: add a name, date or short message in the personalization fields on the product page.
